The Branch Manager is a critical leadership position within the Group. You will be required to generate impressive results by increasing sales revenue within the Parts Plus Centre. Key challenges will be to lead, coach and develop a team of colleagues to achieve the strategic objectives of the centre and exceed the planned agency rebate of the location.
You will be responsible for the growth and development of the centre and will be challenged to exceed targets, achieve high customer and colleague satisfaction levels and deliver a good profit performance versus the group's annual budgeted requirements for their centre location. Have the ability to identify below budgeted run-rate expectations, to create strategies in an inclusive manner to quickly effect change and improve the current performance within a given month. As with all positions, Branch Managers are expected to lead and uphold the highest ethical standards.
You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record within a Wholesale Parts Management role, operating in excess of 8 vans and managing 20+ colleagues, ideally with Franchised Motor Industry experience and must be committed to achieving excellence. Kerridge experience is desirable but not essential. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
You will be competent in IT Literacy including all Microsoft packages, have advanced Numeracy and Literacy Skills, interpersonal & Communication Skills, Leadership and Performance Management Skills, A full valid UK driving license and A proven track record of success in a similar environment.
