We are recruiting a Parts Sales Executive to come and join our Gloucester TPS site. We have a great team on site who develop and maintain long term relationships with customers, and provide them with expert knowledge, advice and support.
Your duties will include but are not limited to: accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements, utilise all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, identify and maximise all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures, achieving personal target KPIs and revenue objectives with target customer sets and record and feedback lost sales opportunities to the Sales Manager. You will build strong relationships with clients by making relevant and regular contact with them, providing a high level of service and review of their accounts.
You will be an integral member of the aftersales team. It is essential that you have previous experience in motor retail parts or to have previous VAG parts experience to be considered.
