As a Parts Telesales Advisor, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales team. You will be working with an experienced team in our busy Multi Franchise parts telesales operation at Discovery Way, Chesterfield.
The role will involve dealing with a high volume of calls both inbound and outbound from trade, retail and franchise customers. You will be required to build customer relationships professionally and quickly over the phone and establish their requirements before providing advice. You will need to make sure you take accurate orders from customers whilst managing and input customer and parts data into the Kerridge system and ensure accurate completion of all parts documentation.
Ideally for this role you will have Parts Experience from a similar role within the Motor industry. You will need to be ambitious and have a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis. Telesales experience is essential.
