We are looking for a very talented, fully qualified Prep Technician to join our service team, in Hyundai Mansfield. This is a fantastic dealership, which consistently scores above 95% for customer satisfaction and recommendation to a friend. We are looking for a Prep Technician who can help us maintain these consistently high scores by providing excellent customer service, by working in an efficient and timely manner as well as aiming for first time right repairs.
Multi-Franchise experience would be an advantage: however, manufacturer training will be ongoing for the successful candidate. You will possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3) as a minimum requirement for this role. This opportunity is ideal for an individual who is looking to progress their career within a franchised environment and has the ability to work to and achieve targets and objectives.
We are looking for individuals who possess the following competencies:
Hold an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in light vehicle repair & maintenance
A proven ability to carry out basic electrical and mechanical repairs
A full, valid UK driving license
Your own set of tools
