Due to our continued success and expansion here at Vertu Motors, we are expanding our recruitment team and we are looking for a Candidate Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team!
Within our team we support over 150 dealerships UK wide in all aspects of their recruitment. We are a fast paced, high volume team who are committed to supporting our customers to ensure they receive the best service for them. As our candidate recruitment resourcer, you will be managing your own vacancies and candidates. You will be responsible for managing the applications, screening and assessing candidates via the phone & video and you will also be responsible for arranging interviews with candidates on site. You will also be required to advertise vacancies and manage talent pools.
As our Resourcer with us you will receive ongoing training and support and we are also able to offer career development within the role.
For this role we are looking for you to have experience working within a similar role within an agency or in-house team. You will have outstanding communication skills and be able to manage a high-volume workload. Our customers are both external and internal, therefore we want our team to deliver the highest levels of customer service so you will need exceptional customer service skills and be confident speaking over the phone. You also need to be organised and IT literate.
