We have an exciting opportunity to join our brilliant team in our Gloucester Ford Renewals Hub as a Ford Renewals Advisor! This is one of the most critical roles in the Division and we are looking for dedicated individuals looking for a new challenge to join this brand-new team following expansion due to continued success!
For this role, you will be responsible for pro-actively contacting our existing Ford customers by phone, video call, email, SMS or letter, to encourage them to visit our dealerships to renew their vehicle and booking appointments for them at the relevant Ford dealer. The Renewals Advisor role is key to the company's finance renewal process and ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding. You will be responsible for setting customer expectations with respect to replacing their car, and following up the outcome of the renewals activity. This is a full-time role where you will be working Monday to Friday: 10am - 7pm with 1 hour for lunch; no weekend working is required!
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Retail Car Sales or Telesales. Motor Trade experience would be beneficial but this is not essential to be considered.
