Here at Vertu Motors we have a great opportunity for a Customer Retentions Executive to join our centralised online sales team!
This is a brand new team and is a great opportunity to join our ever growing business! Within this role you will be working Monday - Friday - no weekends! We will reward you well with a competitive basic salary and an OTE of £35,000, and once you have completed your training and probation there will be a flexible working so you will be working both in the office, and at home!
Within this role you will be contacting our existing customers, and maximise car renewal opportunities for our dealerships! You will be responsible for generating appointments both physical and virtual by following a structured contact strategy.
Your main objective is to retain all of our current customers by providing a first class customer experience whilst also participating in sales campaigns and promotions that will boost sales penetration and ensure data quality and FSA compliance at all times.
Previous experience within the Motor Trade is preferred but not essential as full training will be delivered, it would be of benefit that the successful candidate has excellent numeracy skills.
