Vertu Motors are currently looking for Sales Advisors to join us in our successful and expanding Business Development Centre. As pioneers in the motor retail industry, we look for colleagues who are compassionate, eager, and ambitious people who live for happy customers. We are offering a competitive basic salary of £18,000 with an OTE of £25,720 depending on your skills and experience.
We are looking to hold an assessment centre on Saturday 16th November; please do keep this in mind when applying!
A Sales Advisor will have the enthusiasm and determination to thrive in an energetic sales environment. You will be responsible for calling our existing customers to encourage them to invest in a plan so they can save on the cost of their future services and MOTs.
We strive for total transparency with our customers; we would never sell a product or service we truly didnt believe in and we never cold-call. You will be informing customers of the servicing and MOT requirements of their vehicle, thus creating a plan bespoke to the customer that suits their needs. You will need to explain all the features and benefits of our priority service plans, as well as overcoming any objections the customer may have.
To be considered for this role, all you need is a proven sales background and excellent communication and IT skills. With our continued support and thorough training, we are sure that you will be a highly successful Sales Advisor with us!
