Working 40 hours per week we are committed to delivering our colleagues a balance to their work and home life as well as delivering them a Great Place to Work.
With a basic salary of £28,000 and additional bonus opportunities, your first year of employment should realistically deliver you earnings of £30,000.
In this role you will work an average of 40 hours per week (over a 2-week period) on a mutually agreed fixed working pattern. We can be flexible and are open to discuss a range of working days that can support your work life balance alongside our customer requirements.

As a Sales Advisor you will support our customers through their whole retail journey, either online or in our dealerships. Our main area of focus is to deliver an exceptional customer service experience through warmth, attention, being responsive and delivering great hospitality. We are experts in helping with the little things, whether that is arranging test drives, offering finance options, or helping to choose additional accessories. You will engage with customers online, in-store, on the phone and by video, nationally as well as locally, therefore good communication and technical skills are essential.

If you have worked within retail, hospitality, or any customer service led field and can deliver a customer motoring experience through honesty and trust, we would like to hear from you. You will also hold a full UK driving licence.
