We have an amazing opportunity to join the team at Bristol Street Motors Renault Bradford as a Sales Advisor working 40 hours per week with an industry leading basic salary of £28,000 and with an additional bonus opportunity enabling you to earn well in excess of £30,000. In this role you will work 40 hours per week on a mutually agreed fixed shift pattern. We can be flexible and are open to discuss a range of working patterns that can support your work life balance alongside customer demand. We will also provide you with comprehensive training from day one, so you can join us with confidence that you will be able to succeed even if you have no sector experience. Our Sales Advisors support our customers through their whole buying journey both online and in-store with their main focus being delivering fantastic customer service. Our digital capability is industry leading and we are ready to handle the exciting future we have ahead of us in motor retail including the transformation to electric vehicles.
All we need from you is your driving licence proving your ability to drive within the UK and an ability to demonstrate that you can provide great customer service. If you have worked within retail, hospitality, or any customer service led field we want to hear from you!
Our Sales Advisors are experts in helping with the little things. Whether it's arranging test drives, choosing the right finance or picking out the right additional accessories, they are with the customer every step of the way making sure they have a fantastic experience when purchasing their new car. Our team engage with customers online, in-store, on the phone or by video, nationally as well as locally, therefore good communication skills and the ability to use technology is vital.
