Job description

Due to growth, we are recruiting a Sales Advisor at our Vertu Toyota Leicester dealership. If you have an eye for detail and a true passion for customer service we invite you to apply.

We are offering a basic salary of £28,000 with an OTE of £30,000 (uncapped)! We would also like to offer an improved work/life balance with the benefit of working an average of 5 days per week over a 4-week rota.

We are holding a recruitment assessment on 6th July where we will provide you with all you need to know about Vertu Motors, the Toyota brand and the role itself. There will be the opportunity to ask as many questions as required, along with interaction in team exercises with the management team and other applicants on the day.

As a Sales Advisor, you will be required to assist customers throughout the journey of purchasing a new or used vehicle. You will take the customers initial enquiry by internet, phone, referral or walk-in, progress to a test drive, discuss finance, insurance and accessory products, take their order, arrange a bespoke handover and post hand delivery contact. You will have a natural ability to build a rapport with customers to help identify their needs and deliver an exceptional customer service.

You do not need previous sales experience for this role but you must be able to display our 5 unteachables of character, attitude, energy, drive and talent and believe in our core values. You will be trained in the first two weeks of your employment on our sales process, closely followed by proactive telephone sales skills to enable you to convert sales prospecting into appointments.

You will need to have a Full UK Driving License to be considered for this role.
