We have an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our growing team at Hereford TPS.
Reporting to the Centre Manager, the TPS Sales Manager is responsible for managing and motivating the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets whilst building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
Key responsibilities of the role are:
• Ensure own and sales team targets are achieved
• Monitor sales performance against set KPI's
• Communicate sales strategy to the team
• Ensure you and your team are adequately trained and understand the 'Unique Selling Proposition' of the TPS brand and the features and benefits of the product range
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing a sales team and parts knowledge. It is also imperative that the successful candidate is passionate about providing a great customer experience and can build good customer relationships.
