At Peugeot Northampton, we pride ourselves on the level of customer service we deliver. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to join our management team at this very busy dealership. You will be responsible for a team of 8 Sales Executives and 2 Business managers.
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage a controlled sales process through a team of Sales Executives and Business Managers Active, through regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart. To serve and support Sales Executives and Business Managers to sell a combination of new and/or used vehicles, with a small range of add-on products, finance and GAP insurance whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
For this role it is essential you are able to demonstrate a successful track record within the role, ideally with Franchise experience in the Motor Industry. You will be able to validate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus it to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
