Here at Vertu Land Rover Leeds we have an exciting new opportunity for a Retentions Sales Advisor to come and join our team and help deliver the outstanding customer service that represents this prestigious brand. The role of the Retentions Sales advisor is to play a key part on our Sales function and liaise with customers and key stakeholders to ensure our customer expectations are met to the high standards we hold. The role involves liaising with customers in relation to end of contract payments, new prospects, managing early settlements and liaising with the existing sales team on national and focussed campaigns.

You will play a key role in contacting customers who are scheduled for a service to ensure the sales team are aware so they can liaise with these customers when they attend dealerships.

This is a full time role, you need to be flexible to work 40 hours per week and there is the potential for part of this to be home based.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who is able to demonstrate a successful track record in a customer facing role. Previous experience within the Motor Trade is preferred but not essential as full training will be delivered, it would be of benefit that the successful candidate has excellent numeracy skills.
