We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join us at Vertu Mercedes Benz of Slough in this newly created role!
As Sales Support Administrator, your main role is to manage the relationship between our customers and finance companies. You will provide support to the Business Manager and Sales Manager by ensuring the time between order and handover is minimized, potentially to same day handover, finalizing and ensuring completeness of finance documentation to the required standard. You will also be supporting the advertising of vehicles and retail merchandising.
The successful person will have high attention to detail and a passion for going above and beyond customer expectations. Ideally you will have experience in an administration role or within the motor trade as well as fantastic organisational skills and confidence in dealing with difficult situations. This role is full time across 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
