We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at our Mercedes-Benz of Beaconsfield dealership!
The Purchase Ledger role is to support the Accounts function in all aspects of dealership accounts. We are looking for the right person to: process high volume of invoices, match, batch, scan and coding of invoices, file all invoices, statements, remittances, reconcile supplier statements, process monthly payment run, deal with any invoice discrepancies and any ad-hoc duties as required. You will also assist in processing colleague expense claims, aiding in the preparation of management accounts as well as additional ad-hoc duties.
To be considered for this role the candidate must have previous experience working within a purchase ledger capacity. You will be an excellent communicator and can work well under pressure. Experience of using Kerridge is preferable but not essential for this role.
