Here at Nissan Darlington we are recruiting a Senior Service Advisor to join our existing team - a team who are determined to deliver the high standards of service our customers deserve and we invite you to be a part of this.
The role of Service Advisor plays a very important part in our dealership and is critical in helping achieve and maintain our customer service levels.
The main function of Senior Service Advisor is to manage and control the running of the service department. You will train and develop the staff and continue to improve customer satisfaction, including improving processes and efficiencies as well as marketing the service department to continue growth through this busy franchise department.
To be successful in the role it is essential that you are customer focused and have an outgoing personality. In addition to this you will also need to be organised, able to multi-task and have the ability to manage a busy workload. Experience of working within a service advisor role is essential.
