Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Administrator to come and join us at our Vertu Land Rover Leeds Dealership! Our staff are knowledgeable and always happy to help customers delivering a seamless experience about the cars we work with, and we are always on hand to provide help and lend expertise for anything our customer needs.

This is a Full-Time, permanent role where you will be required to work Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm with one hour for lunch with Saturdays included on a rota'd basis. We are offering a salary of £24,000 plus a range of company benefits!

The general duties of the role include: to ensure Service work undertaken on the vehicle meets brand requirements, submission of all invoiced jobs, calling customers and helping with queries, assisting the accounts department with the service payments, maintaining professional and positive working relationships with all dealership and manufacture managers and colleagues, assisting in the effective administration of the Service Department, update estimated cost of repairs by following the vehicle health check process, prepare all jobs for invoicing, processing Warranty claims and assist Service advisors with administration duties as and when required.

For this role, we are looking for someone who has experience in data management, excellent organisation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be PC literate with a working knowledge of administration procedures. Motor Trade experience would be beneficial.
