We are recruiting for a Service Administrator to join our fantastic team within Mercedes Benz of Ascot. Our Service team play a vital role within our Aftersales function delivering an outstanding customer motoring experience through honesty and trust. We do this by having the right people in our dealership, people who are the friendly expert.
The main duties of the role include, dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive impression of the Service Department. You will be creating vehicle and customer records facilitating the development of an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history. You will also be using internal systems to log work and will be supporting the team with other duties as and when required.
Experience of working within a Service environment is essential for this role. You need to be organised, be able to manage a busy work load, have high levels of attention to detail and be PC literate. This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday 8am-6pm with occasional Saturdays.
