Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to come and join us at our Bristol Street Motors Ford Bromley dealership! Our staff are knowledgeable and always happy to help customers delivering a seamless experience about the cars we work with, and we are always on hand to provide help and lend expertise for anything our customer needs.

We are offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE up to £33,500 depending on experience.

Within this role you will be: delivering a seamless experience to our customers in the Aftersales department, dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department, advising on technical queries or issues, booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle, advising the customer repairs and parts and finalising the invoice on completion of required work.

It would be beneficial for you to have previous Service Advisor experience, but we are looking for someone with an excellent customer-facing background.
