At Ford West Bromwich our Service Advisors play a vital role within our dealership, delivering an outstanding customer motoring experience through honesty and trust and are critical in helping achieve and maintain our customer service levels. We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our outstanding team.
The main duties of the role include:
Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.
Advising on technical queries or issues.
Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out.
Informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.
Cross selling products and services where applicable .
Finalising the invoice on completion of required work.
To be successful in the role you will need to be extremely customer focused and have an outgoing personality. In addition to this you will also need to be well organised, able to multi-task and have the ability to manage a busy workload. Previous experience gained in a franchised dealership is essential for this role.
