The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn't just about providing a service - its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding. You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who is able to demonstrate a successful track record in a customer facing role. Previous experience as a Service Advisor is not essential as full training is provided. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.
