We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to come and join us at our Vertu Mercedes-Benz of Ascot dealership! Our staff are knowledgeable and always happy to help customers delivering a seamless experience about the cars we work with, and we are always on hand to provide help and lend expertise for anything our customer needs.
Within this role you will be: delivering a seamless experience to our customers in the Aftersales department, dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department, advising on technical queries or issues, booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle, advising the customer repairs and parts and finalising the invoice on completion of required work.
We are ideally looking for someone who has previous experience within the role. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines. In addition, you will have time management skills and have a proactive approach to customer service.
