The Service Advisor role is one of the most important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn't just about providing a service - it's about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding. You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
The role involves working Saturdays on a rota basis.
To be successful in the role it is essential that you are customer focused and have an outgoing personality. In addition to this you will also need to be extremely well organised, able to multi-task and have the ability to manage a busy workload. Previous experience gained in a franchised dealership would be an advantage but is not essential.
