The Service Advisor is one of the most important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn't just about providing a service - it's about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding. You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and following up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
To be successful in the role it is essential that you have previous customer service experience and have an outgoing personality. In addition to this, you will need to be extremely well organised, able to multi-task and have the ability to manage a busy workload. Previous experience gained in a franchised dealership is essential. If your application is successful we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
