As a Service Advisor your main area of focus is to deliver an exceptional customer service experience through warmth, attention, being responsive and delivering great hospitality. We are experts in helping with the little things, you will engage with customers online, at the dealership and on the phone, therefore good communication skills are essential.

Due to growth, we are looking to recruit a Service Advisor at Vertu Toyota Loughborough. This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm and alternate Saturday mornings between 8am-12.30pm.

We are offering a basic salary of £26,500 with an OTE of £29,000 and an excellent range of Company benefits.

The Service Advisor role is one of the most important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn't just about providing a service - its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.

You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and following up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.

For this role, we are looking for you to have previous customer facing service experience; this is essential for you to be considered. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines. Previous experience gained from within the Automotive Industry is desirable.
