Bristol Street Motors Volvo Derby we are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. We are therefore keen to hear from people who are passionate about service delivery, who have the passion "To deliver an outstanding customer experience through honesty and trust".
The Service Advisor role is one of the most important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn't just about providing a service - it's about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding. You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
For this role it is essential you have experience of working within a customer focused role ideally in a customer facing position. Automotive experience is preferred but not essential. You also need to be organised, able to multi-task and manage a busy workload.If your application is successful we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us.
