We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to join our management team at this very busy dealership. You will be responsible for a team of 8 Technicians, 5 Service Advisors, 3 Drivers and 2 Valetors.
As a Service Manager you will be a vital member of the management team, critical in supporting the General Manager and the Group to reach set objectives. The role holder will be determined to achieve outstanding customer service results, and will be financially and sales orientated.
The main duties of this role will include:
- Responsible for identifying and developing opportunities to enhance department performance
- Providing the Service Team with positive leadership
- Responsible to ensure the service team continuously deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure agreed set objectives are met
- Appropriate control of costs and expenditure
- Adhere to quality control policies whilst taking each opportunity to continuously improve working
methods and standards
We are looking for an exceptional individual who is able to demonstrate a successful track record
within a Service Manager role. You will preferably have previous Honda experience, however, this is not essential. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency whilst never failing to deliver the levels of customer satisfaction that our Honda dealers are known for.
You must have strong leadership and people management skills, as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team.
