We are looking for an experienced Service Team Leader to join our fantastic team here at Macklin Motors, Nissan Glasgow South. If you are looking to join one of the largest Motor Retailers in the UK, then this is an opportunity not to be missed!
As Service Team Leader you will be a vital member of the team, critical in supporting the Dealership Service Manager and the Group to reach set objectives. The role holder will be determined to achieve outstanding customer service results and will also be financially and sales orientated.
The role will involve working a continental shift pattern working 4 days on, and 3 days off, per week.
We are looking for an exceptional individual who is able to demonstrate a successful track record within the role. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus it to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. The successful candidate must have Kerridge experience.
