We are looking to recruit a Showroom Host to join our fantastic BMW York dealership! This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our newest dealerships and become part of our ongoing success!
This is a pro-active role where a tremendous first impression is critically important, from a polite and attentive welcome to walk-in customers to a timely, professional and helpful answer to all calls. You will be required to meet and greet all customers on arrival to the showroom and ensure that their time at the showroom is an exceptional and enjoyable experience. You will also be required to replenish stocks of brochures/ tea and coffee facilities etc. and cover the reception phones. There is also a requirement for you to capture and record customer details on the appropriate systems. The working hours will be: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm with 1 hour for lunch.
Experience of customer services or a customer facing role is essential for you to be considered. Previous experience within the Motor Trade would be beneficial but is not essential. You will be an enthusiastic and flexible individual with a keen eye for detail, be exceptionally organised and have great dedication to customer service with excellent communication skills.
