We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Administrator to join our fantastic team at Vans Direct Ltd!
Working for a fast paced, dynamic company who are a leading supplier for new vans within the vehicle supply chain. We offer a one stop shop for the van buying market, operating a contact centre type environment, primarily internet driven in an energetic team-based environment.
Our offices are based in fantastic location in Newport, on the outskirts of Cardiff!
Reporting to the Procurement Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous supply of vehicles, processing orders in line with seasonal demands, analysis of historical sales data to forecast future requirements and supplier performance management. In addition to this, you will also be required to analyse purchase chain - in house vs external, build and maintain relationships with suppliers and identify sales trends and adjusting the order schedule to reflect demand.
In order to be successful for this role you must have experience working with suppliers and external business contacts. We are looking for someone who possesses excellent communication skills, understanding of procurement and planning, and can demonstrate good organisational skills along with working IT knowledge.
