Due to continued business growth and success we are looking for Trainee Sales Administrator who can support our Sales Administration team in the dealership due to growth.
The main duties of the role will involve:
To ensure invoices and taxing vehicles are completed accurately and on time.
To create vehicle and customer records facilitating the development of an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history.
To continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers.
Order processing the cars sold
Updating the customer database of Vehicle history and point of delivery
Using our internal systems to log activity
The role holder will be working 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm.
Experience in the role is not required. Telephone handling, customer service skills are preferable and the ability to work under pressure.
