We are now recruiting for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our Macklin Motors Nissan Glasgow Central dealership.
Our Nissan Glasgow Central site was built in 2016 and has outstanding facilities. The dealership great potential and there is a real opportunity to exceed targets and deliver outstanding customer experience.
Within this role you will lead and manage a controlled sales process supporting a team of Sales Executives and Business Managers. You will offer regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart. You will serve and support your team to sell used vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and GAP insurance, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. You will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards.
For this role we are looking for you to be an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
