At Bristol Street Motors Ford Stoke, we are looking for a Vehicle Administrator to join the team.

We are offering a competitive basic salary of £23,000 depending upon experience plus company benefits!

The Role:

• To ensure invoices and taxing vehicles are completed accurately and on time.
• To create vehicle and customer records facilitating the development of an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history.
• To continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers.
• Order processing vehicles sold.
• Vehicle taxing.
• Updating the customer database of Vehicle history and point of delivery.
• Using our internal systems to log activity.

We are looking for the successful applicant to have previous experience of this role, ideally with Kerridge experience. Excellent IT / PC/ Numerical skills are also required. Full training will be provided for the successful applicant.
