Bristol Street Motors are looking for a Vehicle Administrator to join our growing team!
This can be based at either our Bristol Street Motors Motornation Stockton dealership or our Bristol Street Motors Renault York dealership.
We are offering a £23,000 basic salary plus an excellent range of company benefits.
This is a full time role working 40 hours per week.
This role will involve making sure invoices and taxing vehicles are completed accurately and on time. You will be creating vehicle and customer records and facilitating the development of an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history.
You will continue to deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers. Each of our admin hubs will provide vehicle administration support for each hour that the associated dealership sales departments are open, so flexibility around hours of work including weekend cover is required.
We're looking for the successful applicant to have previous administration experience, ideally with Motor Trade experience. Excellent IT / PC/ Numerical skills are also required. Full training will be provided for the right applicant.
