Here at Renault Exeter we are recruiting for a Vehicle Progressor to join the Fleet and Van Centre department. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for someone who can ensure that every vehicle sold is ready on time, and that all of our customers receive a professional service.
It is the responsibility of the Vehicle Progressor to liaise with the Fleet and Van Centre department, to ensure the smooth transition of every vehicle from dealership to customer. This will include service, MOT, valeting and installation of any agreed accessories to the vehicle. Dealing with initial enquiries from customers, via phone or email and taking messages.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
Control deals from order to delivery: Liaise with workshop, booking PDI/Service etc. Ensuring lines are pushed by vehicle admin so that vehicles can be prepared within the agreed timescales. Producing warranty documentation and handbook packs prior to delivery.
Additional work: Book vehicles in for any additional accessories using order numbers with suppliers when required.
Liaise with customers: Requesting insurance certificates, confirming appointments for document signing, deliveries and demonstrations.
Forecourt/Demonstrator vehicles: Ensure all vehicles are to Manufacturers required standards at all times and vehicles are clean and have the required amount of fuel. They are priced and have the correct number plates etc.
Marketing materials: Ensure all material is current and ordering further quantities when required.

Numeracy and Literacy
Quality and Compliance Experience
You must be experienced in delivering high levels of customer service and meeting customer expectations. We are ideally looking for someone who can work on their own initiative, as well as collaborate effectively with the team in order to provide a seamless service to the customer.
