Bristol Street Motors are opening a brand-new Van Service Centre in Birmingham and we are looking for a Commercial Vehicle Tech to join us!

We are offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE of £38,000 PLUS £1,000 sign on bonus and an additional £1,000 bonus in month 13 of your employment.

As a LCV/ Transit Service Technician you will be a key member of our team, working on Ford's latest leading-edge products, including the Ranger and Transit on a wide range of services and repairs. You will need to have excellent knowledge across all areas of the job and be comfortable carrying out all aspects of the role from straight forward service to repair, with first time fix and quality of work at the forefront of everything you do.

Our hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be required to work some Saturday mornings as part of the departmental rota, paid as overtime. We are looking for a talented technician, with dealership experience ideally - however, manufacturer training will be ongoing for the successful candidate.

In order to be successful, you must possess the following:

- A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3

- Current experience as a Commercial Technician would be preferred however, we do still service passenger cars so any Vehicle Technician experience will be ideal

- Own Set of Tools

-Full UK Driving Licence
