At our brilliant Vertu Mercedes-Benz of Aylesbury dealership, we are looking for a Vehicle Technician to come and join our team.

We are offering competitive basic salary and an OTE between £35,000 - £42,600 depending on what level technician you are!

This is a Full-Time, permanent role where you will be working 42.5 hours a week Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm with half an hour for lunch and 1 in 3 Saturdays included working 8am - 1pm.

As a Vehicle Technician you will be a key member of our team, maintaining vehicles to the high standards as set out in our Health and Safety policy, carrying out inspections, repairs and services and handling and storing parts. In addition you will be required to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The packages we are offering are dependant upon experience and accreditation however you can expect packages as below:

• Maintenance Technicians OTE's of up to £35,250

• Diagnostic Technicians OTE's of up to £42,600

All of our technicians are provided with full manufacturer training and development to further their career. So if you want to specialise in building your accreditation within a specific brand or multiple brands, we will be there to support you.

To become a member of the Vertu team you will need the following:

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3

• A full Driving Licence

• Your own full set of Tools

An MOT Testing Licence would be preferable but is not essential.
