At Bristol Street Motors Nissan Chesterfield we pride ourselves on our level of customer service and our well trained and knowledgeable staff are on hand to deal with any queries customers might have. We are currently looking for a Nissan Warranty Administrator to join our central divisional warranty team.
The Warranty Administrator plays a key part in the relationship between the dealership, customer and the manufacturer. The main duties of the role include:
-Checking claims submitted by the site.
-Submitting warranty to the required manufacturer standards.
-Ensuring the submission of all invoiced jobs and assist the Accounts department in the reconciliation of the warranty payments.
-Dealing with rejected warranty claims.
As part of this role you will be responsible for the warranty submission for nine of our Nissan sites.
For this role is essential you have experience of working within the motor industry, whether it be in warranty or service. It is beneficial to have experience using Kerridge. You will need to be organised, efficient, with a keen eye for detail and have the ability to work within specified guidelines.
