Bridgwater Man Named Service Manager Of The Year
Seb Thomas, Service Manager at Vertu BMW Bridgwater, has been named Service Manager of the Year by Vertu, the UK’s largest listed automotive retailer.
Seb joined the business during Vertu’s acquisition of the Helston Group in 2022, with the Bridgwater site being one of 28 added to the Vertu portfolio as part of its expansion in the South West region.
The site, located at The Showground off Taunton Road, offers a range of new and approved used models from both BMW and MINI, as well as a full selection of aftersales services.
Seb had previously held the role of Parts Manager at the site before transitioning into his current position, honing his skills and developing his own strong leadership style within the dealership.
During an outstanding year of performance and leadership, Seb has helped to ensure that his department continues to deliver the highest possible levels of customer service.
That performance is reflected in the fact that the Bridgwater site continues to deliver leading customer service scores for both BMW and MINI, with Seb’s recruitment of a highly-skilled team ensuring the dealership hasn’t missed a beat in terms of performance or customer satisfaction.
