Our sales managers are responsible for heading up all sales campaigns and promotions directly within the dealership. Along with directing these projects, the sales manager leads and manages a controlled day-to-day sales process.
The sales manager supports a team of sales executives and a business manager, as well as offering regular coaching and management.

Both service and aftersales managers are responsible for managing a large team of technicians and service advisors, ensuring the team achieve the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Our aftersales managers also are responsible for our parts department colleagues, who service cars from both external and internal customers.
Have you got a head for finance?
The role of accountant is a varied and interesting opportunity to influence and contribute to the success of the dealership.
Their primary role is to provide the general manager with financial support to drive operational performance. In addition, they are clearly responsible for the smooth running of the entire accounts function.
A key aspect of the role is the delivery of timely and accurate management accounts and their integration into the Group's standard structures. The role holder will maintain and develop controls to maximise returns and cash flow and utilise financial and management experience to ensure the effective running of the dealership.
Do you have a flair for managing? Whether people, finance or sales strategies?
Our general managers are accountable for all aspects of the dealership. Maintaining manufacturer relationships, introducing marketing strategies to improve performance, and controlling finance and cost control are all headed up by the general manager.
Also, as a general manager, people management is at the forefront of the priority list. Their primary focus will be to motivate and inspire the whole dealership team to be the best that they can be.
