Vertu Motors plc has cemented its position as one of the UK’s leading automotive retailers after taking home three accolades at the prestigious Autotrader Retailer Awards 2025, including the coveted Retailer of the Year title.
The Autotrader Retailer Awards are among the most respected accolades in the UK automotive sector, celebrating excellence across retail, service and innovation.
In addition to being named overall winner, the Vertu Motors group was recognised for its outstanding customer service and innovation, winning the data-led Customer Experience Award and also taking home Innovation of the Year for its digital payment platform, Vertu Pay.
The Customer Experience Award was awarded for the exceptional performance and commitment of colleagues across the Group, who work to consistently deliver an amazing customer experience.
