I phoned on Monday to report a fault with my starter motor the person who took the call was very understanding and knowledgeable, they said if if I could take it in before ten on the next day it will be looked at on that day. When I arrived the receptionist was very polite and friendly, she said it will be ready some time Wednesday and we will ring you when it's been done. Sure enough it was ready Wednesday. The technician had not just fitted a new starter motor but gave the car a full health check and supplied a printout to say what else needed or didn't need doing from start to finish a very professional set up would definitely go back again
