As a rapidly growing motor retailer, Vertu Motors are looking for passionate and committed individuals to join our successful and ever-expanding Business Development Centre. The Business Development Centre is full of enthusiastic, progressive, and forward-thinking people who will help our business flourish, just as the name suggests. We are able to offer you a competitive basic salary of £18,000 - £21,000 depending on experience with an OTE up to £23,000.

We endeavour for total transparency with our customers, making sure they are aware of our available products and services. This way, they can make informed choices about the maintenance and care of their vehicle.

After completion of all training, your role will be to both answer incoming calls from customers looking to book their vehicle in for an aftersales service, including services, MOTs or for repairs and proactively calling our existing customers to encourage them to book their vehicle in meaning your role will be inbound and outbound oriented. You will also upsell beneficial products and services that will enhance the customers vehicle, such as air-conditioning services and winter checks.

We want to hear from you if you have experience of working in a sales or customer service environment, are computer literate and have excellent communication skills. Previous contact centre experience would be advantageous but this is not essential to be considered for this role.
