Why a Customer Advisor and what are their roles and responsibilities?
Like us, you will understand that delivering an outstanding customer experience in an efficient manner is a top priority. Our Customer Advisors answer all incoming calls from external customers, as well as those from internal colleagues. As an operator, you will likely be the first point of contact for many of our customers, therefore, you must have an excellent telephone manner and some experience in customer service. You must ensure the call is correctly qualified so you can redirect the caller to the right dealership, hence you will need to be precise and accurate in your work and have good IT skills. The department can take up to 15,000 calls per day, and so the Customer Advisor must ultimately be comfortable in our fast-paced environment, using the skills and knowledge gained in their extensive training to direct our customers quickly and efficiently.
