Our three main brands include Bristol Street Motors, Macklin Motors and Vertu Motors. Due to our continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a Digital Support Helpdesk Administratorto join our team.
In this role you will be responsible for managing elements of the digital customer journey as well as supporting internal stakeholders with other aspects of the sales process.
This will include managing the central payment functions for online products, supporting customers and troubleshooting systems. Internally your support to the dealer network will be managed via a central helpdesk which enables our colleagues throughout the business to contact our F&I team for support.
In this role you will be responsible for analysing these calls and allocating to the relevant colleague to be resolved. Monthly reporting will support and drive opportunities across the business. You will liaise with our development team to help identify efficiencies as well as profiling risk challenges.
This is a full-time, permanent position where you will be required to work 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
The role will come with extensive training, so experience within the motor trade or the finance sector would be beneficial but is not essential. We are looking for the successful candidate to have strong administrative skills and experience, a proven customer service background as well as being computer literate. It would be advantageous if the candidate possesses great time management, a drive to learn and communication skills that are second to none.
