Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Chingford are recruiting for a New Car Sales Manager to join our thriving and successful team.
We are looking for a New Car Sales Manager who lives and breathes cars. With a real eye for detail, an ability to make a deal happen, the desire to ensure that we provide an excellent service to our customers at all times. The role will involve leading and managing a controlled sales process through a team of Sales Executives through regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart. You will have the skill to motivate and develop a team to follow the company specified procedures whilst having fun and being successful in their roles. The team will sell a range of add-on products, finance and GAP insurance whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. You will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards.
For this role we are looking for you have New Car Sales experience. You will be committed to achieving excellence. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
