At Macklin Motors Ford Glasgow, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team. This is a successful busy dealership and we are committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience through honesty and trust. This is a centralised role where you will be dealing with the administration Ford and Mazda Hamilton alongside Ford Glasgow.
This role will involve making sure invoices and taxing vehicles are completed accurately and on time. You will be creating vehicle and customer records and facilitate the development of an accurate, clean customer database and vehicle history. You will continue to deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers.
For this role, previous experience is essential to be considered. In addition, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work within specified guidelines is an essential for this role. Excellent IT / PC/ Numerical skills are also required.
