Vertu Motors are looking for dedicated and committed individuals to join us as a Service Plan Sales Coordinator, in our successful and expanding Business Development Centre. Why a Service Plan Sales Coordinator?
A Service Plan Sales Coordinator will have the enthusiasm and determination to thrive in an energetic sales environment. You will be responsible for calling our existing customers to encourage them to invest in a plan so they can save on the cost of their future services and MOTs. We strive for total transparency with our customers; we would never sell a product or service we truly didnt believe in and we never cold-call. A Service Plan Sales Coordinator will inform customers of the servicing and MOT requirements of their vehicle, thus creating a plan bespoke to the customer that suits their needs. You will need to explain all the features and benefits of our priority service plans, as well as overcoming any objections the customer may have. A Service Plan Sales Coordinator will need to establish a friendly and trusting relationship with our existing customers that will guarantee the customer returns to Vertu Motors to renew their priority service plan. So, by giving the customer this option, they can make informed choices about their vehicles maintenance and costs themselves something that over 100,000 of our current priority service plan customers agree with!
