We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to come and join us at our Bristol Street Motors Ford Stoke dealership!
Within this role you will be delivering a seamless experience to our customers in the aftersales department, dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner and portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department. You will advise on technical queries or issues, book vehicles into the department for work to be carried out and inform customers of the progress of their vehicle. You will advise customer on repairs and parts, and finalise the invoice on completion of required work.
For this role, we are looking for you to have previous service advisor experience. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines. In addition, you will have time management skills and have a proactive approach to customer service.
